GREEN-X and Khanh Hoa Province Strengthen Collaboration on Technology Solutions for Green Transformation

On March 16, 2026, VinUni Smart Green Transformation Center (GREEN-X) held a working session with representatives from departments and agencies of Khanh Hoa Province to review the progress of technology solutions for green transformation and discuss upcoming plans for technology transfer.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the integration of technology platforms, smart operation management solutions, and potential connection with the province’s Intelligent Operations Center (IOC). These are important steps to ensure that technology solutions developed by GREEN-X can be effectively operated, aligned with the province’s existing management systems, and responsive to local implementation needs.
Beyond technical aspects, the working session also focused on how data and technology can support more effective governance, evidence-based policymaking, and sustainable development. Connecting digital platforms with local management systems is expected to enhance the province’s capacity for monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making in areas related to green transformation.
The meeting brought together GREEN-X experts and representatives from Khanh Hoa’s provincial departments and agencies. The discussions helped align directions for upcoming technology transfer activities and opened up further opportunities to strengthen collaboration between VinUni and Khanh Hoa Province.
Through this activity, GREEN-X continues to reaffirm its role as a partner accompanying local governments in applying science, technology, and data to advance green transformation, promote sustainable development, and improve local governance effectiveness.
